McCoy Miller's Guardian ambulance features a Ford E-350 Supervan or Chevrolet G-30 Extended Van chassis. An aluminum step rear bumper has a grip-strut flip-up center section to facilitate loading. The coax antenna extends from the ceiling to behind the driver's seat. A roll-cage is a full-lenth, fully welded steel super structure. The front wall comes in walk-through or pass-through design and oxygen storage is located curbside on the rear wall. The interior height of this ambulance is a minimum of 65 inches headroom. The dome lights are dual element, halogen, and two rows of three each. An ALS cabinet has storage for two 747 kits, monitor, and medical cabinet.
